E-News | Register for Microsoft Teams overview session – WVU ENews

WVU employees on all campuses are encouraged to register for a demonstration of Microsoft Teams with Information Technology Services between Tuesday, Feb. 14, and Tuesday, Feb. 21.
Microsoft Teams is a powerful, flexible and intuitive Office 365 tool that’s free to all WVU employees. It provides a secure, chat-centered workspace where people can quickly communicate, meet with videoconferencing, and share files in real time. It helps improve collaboration, streamline workflows and declutter your email inbox.
The Health Sciences Center has its own version of Teams, but people can be added as guests to either Teams environment. Learn more in this article.
Register for the 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, session
Register for the 2-3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, session

Register for the noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, session

If none of these options work for you, or you would like an in-depth training for your department, contact [email protected]
Note that, because students do not have automatic access, Microsoft Teams is not currently suited for academic instruction.
